Returns and refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

• Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn.

• How to start a return: Email beniriawilliams@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions on where to send the item.

• Return shipping: We provide a prepaid label unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the cost.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation.

• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size/color if available

• Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
