Shipping and delivery

All items are handmade to order / made in small batches, so please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.

• Shipping area: We currently ship within USA only.

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

• Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier.

• Carrier: We ship via USPS / UPS / FedEx

• Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

• Delays: Processing and delivery times may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods — we’ll notify you if there’s a significant delay.

• Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us at beniriawilliams@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
